The price of 2200 Baht includes the room, and transportation to and from Chiang Mai airport and afternoon tea. Also included is a full breakfast. The evening meal is 550 Baht and lunch is usually around 100 Baht. The cost of drinks is very reasonable.

50% Of your bill is payable on arrival and the balance at the end of your stay and we do not ask for a deposit at the time of reservation but we would ask you to be kind to us and inform us if your booking cannot be honored.

We do NOT accept any credit cards but Euros ,US Dollars or Thai Baht will be accepted.

What is the "minimum" stay?

The minimum stay at Ricefield House  guest house is 3 nights.

There are many other guest houses in Chiangmai with which we are not competing, as we offer a unique service. We are not aiming at the budget tourist or backpacker. We offer a very special resort which is extremely good value for those who are able to spend slightly more.

Our guests can enjoy any tourist or shopping activity they choose. We have a good relationship with the best tour companies in Chiangmai and any type of tour from elephant camps to cycling can be arranged for the convenience of our guests. Tour companies will provide door-to-door service from our guest house for our guests. Our guest house in Doi Saket is also very well placed for trips to the major handicrafts shopping locations of Sankampheng and Hangdong.

We also offer a service as an export agent. We have experience in the field and since the building of new highways, it is very easy to get from here to Hangdong and Sankampheng, the major handicraft producing areas of Chiang Mai. We have exporters stay with us at the resort and also use our services to help check quality of goods and ensure that the right things are sent. This is a very convenient combination of services we can provide for a visiting exporter.
